Mental & Behavioral Health Counseling

We offer 1-to-1 counseling (non-faith-based and faith-based). Take control of your mental and behavioral health in 5 simple steps:

  • Schedule an appointment.
  • Arrive on time.
  • Be prepared to provide information for a customized health plan.
  • Follow up by attending appointments and completing assigned tasks.
  • Celebrate your victories!

Discipleship

A relaxed fellowship meeting is held bi-monthly on Sundays from 10 am to 12 pm. Join a welcoming environment to:

  • Be fed potluck "family style" physically.
  • Be encouraged to continue overcoming.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with like-minded people of faith.
  • Deepen your relationship with God.
  • Space is limited.

Food Pantry

Services are available to low-income and at-risk families through scheduled appointments only.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Proof of Income (pay stubs for last month)
  • Proof of Residency (e.g., utility bill)
  • Identification (driver's license, CA ID)

Service Times

  • Available 3 times per calendar year.
  • Phone appointments: Tuesday–Friday, 9:30–11:30 AM.
  • Distribution: Wednesday and Thursday, 9:30–11:30 AM.
